Your gateway to Vaca Muerta
We're here to power the industry.
Building community in the Vaca Muerta industry
We organized in 2021 to legally and politically represent companies seeking to enter the productive context of Vaca Muerta, Northern Patagonia, and the Green Hydrogen scenario emerging on the Río Negro coast. We understand that developing this industry requires political stability, reasonable costs, and competitive human capital — and we work to secure these three pillars.

A trade corridor to the world
Neuquén's geostrategic location makes a trade corridor viable both to Europe, via Bahía Blanca, and to Asia-Pacific, via Chile.
Companies already on board
Operators, suppliers, and service providers that make up the chemical and petrochemical value chain of Vaca Muerta.

The Chemical and Petrochemical Chamber of Neuquén has everything necessary to guarantee strategic conditions in Vaca Muerta.
To consolidate an ecosystem of labor relations, business, and projects with predictability, trust, and rapid entry into the regional market — creating synergy between the local and the regional, national, and international, and promoting the confluence of national capabilities in Vaca Muerta.
We promote applied R&D along the learning and production curve developed in the Vaca Muerta formation with the expertise of the Operators, capitalizing on local experience and the know-how transferred by the technologies implemented.
We understand the Chemical and Petrochemical Industry as the evolution of the Neuquén industry that extracts oil and gas for subsequent value addition in a chain with export potential. Neuquén's geostrategic location makes the trade corridor viable both to Europe via Bahía Blanca and to Asia-Pacific via Chile.
To promote the production of capital goods and the supply of services to the standards the industry requires — among the Chamber's members and among the members of homologous chambers and associations at the national and international level.
To strengthen the supplier ecosystem in the value chain of the Vaca Muerta chemical and petrochemical industry, under the principles of competitiveness, complementarity, and good practices of the national industry.
To increase opportunities for human capital development through training in all its forms, merging local knowledge with the techniques of the institutions involved and the technology transfer of regional and multinational companies.
To promote solidarity between members and society at large, understanding that the person, the family, and their environment are the foundations of a healthy and strong society — incorporating citizen and corporate engagement programs under CSR, committed to the Neuquén community.
To drive the commitment to sustainable development of the industry and its companies, caring for the environment, generating the least possible impact, and thinking of future generations.
These are our objectives and the focus that move us along this path, on which it is a pride to be able to count on all of you.
